Dr. Allen is an avid reader who believes "Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world" (Nelson Mandela, 1918-2013).
Dr. Beverley Elaine Allen was born in parish of Kingston, Jamaica West Indies. She is the eldest daughter, the first of six children, and the first in her family to graduate with a doctoral degree. She graduated from Wolmer’s High School for Girls after successfully passing her London Cambridge “O” Level exams. Dr. Allen resides in the United States. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a Master of Arts, Organizational Management from University of Phoenix, Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science, Health Care Management from Southern Illinios Unversity at Carbondale, Illinois.
Dr. Allen is a per diem national curriculum specialist/educational consultant for Pearson North America School Services. To this end she travels nationally delivering face-to-face professional development training for educators in private and public school districts.
Dr. Allen realized her life-long dream for helping others less fortunate than herself. She travels around the world inspiring, motivating, and educating people of all ages. She continues to support individuals and educational institutions in China, Ghana, Jamaica, Rwanda, and South Africa. Since 2011, Dr. Allen continues to work as a volunteer, a mentor, and an educational consultant in support of Child Care and Development Center in Sarpeiman, Ghana, West Africa. Dr. Allen continues to coordinate the annual gofundme.com fundraiser for Child Care and Development Center in Sarpemian, Ghana, West Africa.

She also helps people in her community with identifying resources for immigration, resources for legal assistance, resources for financial assistance, resources for activities-of-daily living, resources for housing, resources for healthcare, and many others and supports Food for the Poor. Dr. Allen is a member of the Florida Literacy Coalition.
